I know the plan is to consolidate to Jordan Creek eventually — but anyone else hear that Homebase is already sold?

Sad about homebase. It’s the best building to work in. Not too big but not too small. Right off the interstate, walking distance to food, close parking, quiet outside. Not looking forward to Jordan creek except being next to Costco. What’s happening with university-Clive and the vista buildings?

You're probably right, but I've seen huge amounts of money dumped into buildings that got sold within a year of the upgrades. Not saying it's going to happen in this case, but the execs don't care, it's not like it's their money or their bonus is at risk, heck they probably get a bigger bonus for "driving efficiency".
If you think they are pulling out of Iowa, you clearly haven't seen the investment made in the Jordan Creek campus.

Honestly, it's surprising that Wells even maintains a presence in Iowa. Small population, lack of prestige (in the eyes of the C Suite), etc.
