HON doesn't even care about the band 4s. They find any excuse to not give monetary appreciation despite the attrition problem and how hard you work. The funny thing is, they ALWAYS have money in the budget for execute retention bonuses, though. Yea we couldn't stand to lose any of them. :rolleyes:

It seems to me that the major exodus is after the 401k match. The next major exodus is after the poor yearly raises. Where folks realize that Honeywell doesn't care about the individual's contribution and they decide to find a company that actually appreciates their contributions. If you are below band 4, GTHO.... As soon as possible.

Historically has there been an exit— in recent history q1 bonuses where followed by q3 furloughs and q4 RIFs.
