There is no 3% payout for capped associates anymore. Check your paystub.

I was shocked that I got a raise after being capped for years, would have rather the payout as well, but happy that I got something

I got my payout in this paycheck..
Well they bumped up the meat department starting pay and in turn bumped up the pay cap so after 3 years I got a raise. I would have rather had the 3% payout.
Well I didn't get a payout this pay period either and I was capped out 2 years ago. Got a 2% payout last year.
Look again and stop starting s**t.
