I hope each manager responsible for an employee who replied to that email thread took note and accepted each persons self-identification for membership to the PIP club. That was pure Technology related and they're too stupid to not hit that button. Can't wait to see how going full Cloud will turn out. Each one deserves to be PIP'd and later terminated for cause so as to not collect UC or Severance. FML.

Happy Birthday Holly!!!!!!
Does this have to do with the VDI Users Group email list that gets nearly daily floods of "stop replying to all" or "take me off this list" emails?
If you aren't on that group yet, just wait.
Heck even outside a tech role, email and how to communicate with it has been around long enough that there is no excuse for a reply-all. Feels very 2000's or earlier.
How can someone not look at who they are sending their email to? Absolutely nuts and absolutely entertaining. No doubt a lot of people were judging those who fell into the repy-all hole.
OP here. Just to clarify I am not/wasn’t mad, laughed all morning at it. Even today as id--ts STILL reply on Saturday, I set up no ignore rule because I wanted to see the horror show. But that doesn’t absolve them from the fact that reply-all is a powerful tool and if you’re too d-mb to understand how it works you shouldn’t be in a technology related position.
The ones hitting “Reply All” should be tops on the layoff list. If you’re too stupid to understand email, you shouldn’t be here.
Wells actually created those to get the biggest id--ts to raise their hands to be laid off.
WF is now doing pips or stack ranking? Let them give you severance and unemployment benefits.
@cfv+1llctuDb why get annoyed when all you have to do is create a rule that automatically sends the emails to your deleted items folder? smh
tho....thinking back--the exec's made light of it--Holly was featured on Teamworks!!
I bet a nickle in today's climate we all would have to take a DevU class on sending email and it would be treated like RTO
I can't understand how anyone found that happy birthday Holly trail funny. It was annoying af, and the people replying to all constantly were trying to be humorous. I just clicked ignore because I knew at some point, people were just being stupid.
Office 365 gets out of sync with the server so much that you'll miss half the reply alls on the next one. Even if you create a rule to end them it won't process for an hour unless you manually run it.
Cloud is horrible.
it was really funny, i was laughing for hours and no i didnt respond to all
It’s not about the replies because while it was super annoying when none of realized what was happening or why we were seeing those, once we realized what was happening it was humorous.
Now, imagine trying to have a little fun during a depressing lockdown then someone gets mad about it 2 years later looking for drama on www.the layoff.com/wellsfargo.
