Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Dear Legg, where is the so called inflation support?

A couple townhalls back you claimed the salary bumps we'd be receiving would be adjusted for inflation. Wouldn't beat it, but if it was at least 1% more I'd believe you.

Got the year end review doc and surprise surprise it hasn't changed since last year.

Why even bother lying at this point? If you don't want to be honest, I'll be honest with our customers. I think it's only fair.

Now that departments under Legg are being required to regularly go into the office, the inflation adjustment is nothing.

He didn't say they'd be adjusted up

Salaries were adjusted for the inflationary pressure AT&T feels.

You are already overpaid due to your salary band for your title.

I am in the bottom tier next to the minimum. So no, I am not overpaid for my title. I am not posting my YTR statement for obvious reasons, but I don't have to since you can just confirm yourself that there is no cost of living adjustment when they claimed in an earlier town hall there would at least be something this year. Of course I wasn't holding my breath, since I am not naive. This isn't my first rodeo at getting screwed over by leadership and/or HR.

What % increase are folks seeing in this ytr ?

It's just based on your rating. About 0.5% per level in both categories. So if you are exceeds/exceeds, you'd be looking at about 5%. Caps out at 7%, which is nearly impossible to get unless you kiss a lot of a-s. Most people will see about 3-5%, which is the same as last year. I landed 5% again for the same exact rating I got last year.

You are already overpaid due to your salary band for your title. I know you received the YTR statement, so prove us wrong. Be honest, like you said. Show us your salary range and what you are getting paid. I bet you are sm--k dab in the middle or on the higher range.
