Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Taking advantage of our fear of losing our jobs

I'm tired of picking up the slack for colleagues who are no longer here. It is very obvious that the managers make maximum use of our fear of being left without a source of income. More is expected of me than ever, I just wonder if they know when enough is enough?

att is one of the worse ran companies on the planet.

couldn't manage their way out of a wet paper bag.

I just hope new hires come to this site to see the real att and not the one they are sold and run far far far away

I wouldn't worry about it. Is not yours to worry about.
All you can do is what ya can do in an 8 hour day.
It is up to your supervising Manager to figure out how to do more with less, not you.

I’ve noticed that those who checked out mentally got laid off, but seem less stressed than I am. Maybe they are the real winners…
