More than 1%, must be nice. Our team did not have anyone receive over 1% for a merit increase. Such is the world of TG in the life dept.
I got a 50% raise because I quit and went to work for a body shop. Love Allstate’s money, most adjusters that are left don’t know what they are looking at and rubber stamp the estimate share supplements, easiest money I ever made!
Alot of people got raises, its true. It's to buy lube so they can finish the job they started.
I got a 7 percent raise and make 165k plus bonus
First, congrats on the raise…you must have out performed your goals. Nice Job
Secondly, let also acknowledge that you are on the low end of your salary range to get 9% and also make less than 50-60k. Fact. Enjoy your extra 150 every two weeks after taxes. Life is good
@bar-inflation is 6.2 % currently. Has been is just that , in the past. Or do you want to quote the 14% inflation in 1980?
I don't think this is true either. People aren't discussing their raises with each other anyway.
@rsb+1liHjWmo inflation has been above 8 % so that supposed 7.5% raise means you still lost money.
See? This is the wonderful company I work for. Hard work pays off for those of us who use elbow grease to get the job done! Thank you Mr. Wilson, you are the best!
I got 7.5 percent raise
Remember people, it's illegal (in the US) to prevent employees from discussing compensation with each other.
It's in your best interest to compare notes. Knowledge is power
It's damage control....they're bleeding out too fast and want to save a few dummies.dont be blinded.
My raise convo is this week also. I expect 3% like every year regardless of inflation
