More than 1%, must be nice. Our team did not have anyone receive over 1% for a merit increase. Such is the world of TG in the life dept.
I got a 50% raise because I quit and went to work for a body shop. Love Allstate’s money, most adjusters that are left don’t know what they are looking at and rubber stamp the estimate share supplements, easiest money I ever made!
Alot of people got raises, its true. It's to buy lube so they can finish the job they started.
I got a 7 percent raise and make 165k plus bonus

Secondly, let also acknowledge that you are on the low end of your salary range to get 9% and also make less than 50-60k. Fact. Enjoy your extra 150 every two weeks after taxes. Life is good
@bar-inflation is 6.2 % currently. Has been is just that , in the past. Or do you want to quote the 14% inflation in 1980?
I don't think this is true either. People aren't discussing their raises with each other anyway.
