It's two weeks after bonus payout. Are you starting to see zz status from people in your contact lists, teams, stakeholder groups, etc? Sadly, I haven't yet, but I've only been at this company for less than 2 years so I don't know a ton of people. I hope there are tons of people who happily resigned!

I quit today and, since nobody was in the office, I left a present in my manager’s bottom left desk drawer. Let’s just say it’s kind of a dump in there. Nice big, and private l, cube which allowed me to relax and get it all out. I feel so much better.
Let’s see how inconsistently THIS meets her goals. I thought it was one of my most solid achievements yet.
It has to be really, really bad when people leave “retire” when they are so close to severance.
I know of 8 people in risk that left and 3 looking.
In talking with others on my team this site and the announcements of possible future layoffs like the 3/21 thread can make people stay longer hoping for severance. Is it HR that puts out these predictions that never come true? Think about it.
One in my groups so far. I suspect there will be more soon.

I'm planning on turning in my notice next week. I wanted to take advantage of the upcoming paid holiday and also get another couple of weeks of pay. It's almost entirely due to RTO.
My last day is March 1. I wish I could leave now but if you leave on the first you get health insurance for the entire month. You also get paid out on the PTO that accrues on the first of every month. Can’t wait to get away from this toxic environment.

My manager walked out on bonus payday.
I've seen MANY announce their retirement or quit in the last two weeks. More than at any time in my last 20 years here.
I quit, Today is my last day and its a freebee, they already shut off my computer.
Trust me there’s hope on the other side. You will quickly eliminate what no longer serves you, figure out ways to reduce expenses and stop buying d-mb or self-sabotaging stuff, and then you figure it out. Don’t stress.

People are all talk. The folks who are having temper tantrums over RTO and promised to quit after bonus are all still here.
