God i hope so...our manager told us we will probably needing to go 3x/week because india agile teams are going in 3x/week. Lets revisit this post in 6 months and see if the powers that be wont make us go in 3x/week. I hate this rto st too but its coming. Time to get the f* out of here.

So SVB is getting overruled? He made it clear that agile teams come in for ceremony.

I know someone who was just written up for not coming in three days a week. Was told the bonus is on the line.
The badge scan report the manager used showed an average of one scan a week.
Coming from senior leadership. Since offshore agile teams are required to go in 3x/week it is just a matter of time before onshore will follow. Didnt any of you attend the SVB AMA? He glossed over rto....
