OUCH......thats a gonna leave a mark! I'm sure there is a bonus in there for Townes and Legree, you can bet on it.
Sounds like Chad Townes covers a lot of real estate! Not sure how T can afford to layoff people in certain business units that were mentioned in the previous post. I fall under his purview and my business unit is still looking to hire people. Not sure how he's trying to reduce head count!
Chad Townes is SVP, AT&T Business - Customer Service & Operations. Ops Transformation, Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Business Field Services, among others, all fall within his organization.
Which orgs are that?
