Unix - just goes to show how inept Att management was back then. Unix should be on everyone’s desktop today but instead we have the spyware cr-p called windows. Show how visionary Att was always will be. Thank god for open source.
Gone from Unix to stealing the myth tv interface and getting sued by open source for use with their uverse product. You would think with all those Georgia tech masters in computer science they could of come up with their own interface lol.
The T did great building out their Business Partner network and preferred Contractors network!! Not just T, an industry wide movement. Very lucrative for most of us now outsiders…not held accountable for anything or micro managed! Getting paid better than you for half the work and no standards to be had. All while you get to take the pi*ed off customer calls and customer losses. This is how bad they no longer want to have permanent employees and the overhead head aches that come with them! Many wanted it this way due to the lazy union workers syndrome that keeps getting brought up…however, you still get to be a number in waiting and I am finally getting back what has been taken away over the last several contracts you moon* keep signing! I refer to it as double dipping now!! Good luck, as the longer you stay in toxicity land your future will continue to be written by some other author.
We have innovative billing techniques that charge big amounts for people who don't pay attention to their bill, charging them for things they don't need, or charging them double for the same network they would be riding on with Cricket.
