LDP to Director to AVP to VP in 5 years. Check the LinkedIn profiles. No premier schools in their resumes. Social butterflies is all they are. No actual biz experience required. I’ve never seen an actual strategy come out of any of them, just stuff like we saw yesterday. Doesn’t it remind you of the soccer moms trying to have a great bday party for their kid?

That's the AT&T way. It doesn't matter your level of education, it's the experience and T is more concerned with education. Put that education to practical use in AT&T and it gets you nowhere.
