Ideology over meritocracy now that is a scary business model
It's not mandatory. I don't have one and didn't have one last year. Nothing happened.
Just ignore it.
The company does this so if hit with lawsuit they can say they trained the employee what not to do.
Nothing new. The worst thing to be in this company is a white male.
Alright John
Equity is Equality without the hard work
yep pretty disgusting
equity/ some will hug shade. equality/ all hug shade. take it to the lowest denominator
Quit your bellyaching.
If I got hired or promoted because of DEI, honestly, I think I would feel pretty offended. I got promoted because of what I look like vs my skills, knowledge and work ethic. What you are saying is, I’m not qualified or as qualified as someone else, but because I check some boxes or a box you need checked, I got the job/promotion. Thats about as condescending as it gets.
When do you have time to focus on that stuff? We're too busy working.
Let's focus on DEI, because we sure can't focus on our core competencies. I don't want you on my team because of the color of your skin, your gender, or your orientation. I want you there because you can do the job.
Equity just means that equality didnt work… which means that certain folks just cant compete on a level playing field… how sad it is that we cannot admit that there are winners and losers in this world.. and some folks just cant pass the test without someone giving them the answers…
DEI is incredibly popular. That's why it must be shoved down your throat all day every day by people who become more ridiculous by the day. It's for your own good, ingrate.
Why don't they put a question in the employee survey about how we feel about all that cr-p being shoveled at us? So much damn emphasis on DEI goals you'd think that it actually has something to do with my job duties.
