People really get hung up on data accuracy here, this site is all about rumors posted anonymously. Some of the dates have been correct and given the lack of communication and clarity from WF directly, this is about as good as it is going to get. Those with a seat at the table can't be expected to post internal decisions on a public site, even when anonymous.

Now I must go back to taking a new headshot that best shows I may still have some usefulness left for other employers.

OP, I truly hope you are correct. Can you share any info regarding how people in Control were selected? I'm sure it varies and depends on the agendas of the leaders. Is it more about consolidating teams from a functional perspective? That is, more agnostic to the individuals and focused on, "we only need 10 people for that team, not 15." People with low performance ratings? People not complying with RTO? People in undesirable (to the company) or costly non-hub locations? Purely favoritism?

Op here - I thought I would be as concise as possible. I'm a manager asked to cut back and know the dates. What other details do you need? All control LOBs will be affected.

RCSA is no where near being signed off on by the regulators.

Been said for month that Powers would cut 30% of Control once the regulators signaled they were OK with RCSA Phase 1 redo. That is wrapping up. It is time to fire.
Be glad they are laying you off. They will be destroying some careers. They need cause so they do not have to pay severance or unemployment.

Layoff dates or dinner dates? Should I wear a skirt?

Dates here have been a heck of a lot more accurate that the executive's "candor". Most of the time when people claim they are wrong, the layoffs just didn't impact their area. Doesn't mean no one got laid off.
