In the past, we used to get new cars when the mileage was around 60k. My car now has over 70k. Is this just something else they are cutting corners on?

I just got a new car last week!
However, I didn't order it. My guess is that it was some other rep who had ordered it last year, fully expecting to still have a job. Nope. Cars are taking extra long because of supply chain issues, and cars not a priority for Chevrolet.
My last car had 90k on it before I got a new car order
They’ve been waiting for reps to turn in their cars so they can give them to you so they don’t break any leases
The used car market is on fire. If that was truly the case they'd be having us turn these cars in for new ones. Back in the day when we had Ford Fusions, we traded those in every 1 and a half years because the resale was so high. The new and used car market is the highest it's ever been in 35 years, so come up with something else cause that's not it.
It's not cutting corners, it is the used car market that dictates when cars get turned in

We gone next year. No point in giving us new ones now
There isn’t enough time left with cars to worry about getting new ones, if I had to guess you would probably get a 2nd hand one with low mileage from a rep they just got rid of Vs a new one
