the next phase of this is to eliminate dms and vacation reps. think about it. what’s the point in having a dm when you can have the rms pick up their job in their smaller teritorys. and once they feel that they can eliminate the sales reps they will do that too, but let’s face it they know that if they eliminated reps now that the whole thing would fall apart

The reason there are 2 RMS per team is because of the number of stores each territory is comprised of and the sheer number of new hires needed once things shake out after the start of mission 1. Don’t get me wrong, Mondelez still sucks, big time! Corporate pigs at their finest!
