This company is a such a joke that we are still prohibited from buying printer paper and pens while mad dog and the ALT rake in millions in compensation. It shows where the priorities are with this company.

The Canadian operations are garbage. Only the most clueless lemmings stick it out there.

But get your but to office. Just don’t turn on any lights, don’t use paper, and it would be great if you only flush at the end of day to conserve water.
Now go design so high tech stuff.

Our site has people go on sorties looking for soap, and the paper towels that don't fit the wall dispensers. We've gone from covid hysteria to "everyone use the soggy roll of paper towels". We are the new Wet Market.

Difficult not to dox myself, but put it this way pen and paper is essential to my creative job! I was told just to steal paper from the printer and use my own pens/pencils.
For 2 years our leadership has told us things will improve but they only keep getting worse. I am tired of the lies and the carrot dangling, our director thinks we are all stupid.
This job was really missold to me and I feel trapped now. It's like living in 'work' poverty!

Towards the end of my long career with HBT, the company started to place little value on local decision making. They built all these HO groups that added no value. I too was not allowed to approve pencils never mind the important local decisions that our clients would have expected from a local leader.

Facilities that look like a dump, cut maintenance support, a closed cafeteria, no on-site IT support, bathrooms that backup, cut benefits, age discrimination, mgmt that bullies people...yeah a 'World Class company'....more like a Third World company.

Things HON has money for:

$8,000,000,000 in stock buy backs
$26,000,000 compensation for D.A
$6,160,000 compensation for mad dog
$200,000,000 in penalties to resolve Brazil bribery scandal
Free use of corporate aircraft for vacations of executives

Things Honeywell does NOT have money for:
You
Your raise
Maintaining buildings
Office supplies

Is this really a company people want to work for? A company that showers senior leaders in money and then showers the employees in pi-s? A company that hates it's own employees so much that in shocked the parking and bathroom are free at sky harbor.

This company is pure unadulterated evil. Pay execs millions and pinch on pencils. I truly hope some day soon they get their comeuppance.
