Departure of HBT president

There has been quite some management turnover lately. Anyone has any insight as to why? VK naming friends to take over different fiefdoms? Rats leaving the sinking ship as exemplified by DA's sudden departure? Awfully quiet on the surface though..

Hmm. I wonder if they pulled all this cash in house so the rats could run off with it before the ship sinks?

Hbt will go heavy on luxury appartments and government slums.
Single family homes sure isnt an option for most people.

Northrop would be great, their pay and benefits are way above HW

I predict sale or divestiture of aerospace to GE, Northrop, or Lockheed. I would wager by end of 2nd quarter.

Return to the office isn’t happening, commercial real estate is grinding to a halt due to interest rates and the new green deal is dying on the vine so there is going to a big gaping hole in the HBT business model.

This is just my opinion. I would say the company is either going to be spun off or sold. Worst case scenario, it's been going into bankruptcy.
Some rats have inside information. When you see the rats leave the ship. You better get off.
