Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Todays the day! The day to see if incentives and rewards are increased

Looking for an email anytime now, knowing retail mgmt they’ll probably send at 9pm eastern so we can’t see it until tomorrow. Will we start incentivizing CDs? Or paying out more than a measly sub quarter percent for referrals? Because if not we might see licensed bankers leave

Commercial Banking is forcing employees out through performance reviews. Consequently, Wells Fargo will not need to pay severance. Unfortunately, there is not much recourse for the former employees which were treated unfairly.

Also, the management received bonuses for these unspoken acts. Wells Fargo seems like an unethical organization.

@woh "no one here who will still be alive in 15 years cares about branches."

@vej+1lRMCVlL You seem like the type that cares about titles. Hope you get canned without severance

@zpp+1lRMCVlL Other than people complaining about RTO this is definitely something that effects worker’s productivity at the front lines

PM&R is identical for q2 as it was q1. There are pilots in some of the regions to start incentivizing more stuff but they aren’t approved yet. Maybe q3. This has been the case for a couple years now. Must be a lot of regulatory/risk hurdles.

Is this a branch banking post (or equivalent)?

If so, no offense, but no one here cares about branches. Branches are small potatoes retail jobs.
