Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Silencing Harassment Mandatory Class

If you gave a 1* review to this pompous class with a comment, check to see if your comment was deleted. Mine was.

I objected to the content and said so. Originally my comment was edited (deleted) by someone else with the 1* rating retained. I noticed other 1* ratings were edited within minutes of the same time as mine. Then my 1* review was deleted , with others within minutes of mine. No wonder it has such a high 5* rating. They delete the 1* ratings!!!!!

I wish I saved a screen shot of my valid objection. I'd go more public. Go woke, go broke.

Don't say "lynched or lynching." I guess only Jussie Smollet can say that

I laughed out loud when it said I couldn’t say the word “fat@**”! Had to rewind it again.
Yet leaders can use the word “se-y” at free will despite it making so many women uncomfortable.

I always give a high rating. If they get a low rating, they’re bound to think the training wasn’t good and create more of it. It’s awesome, let’s move on.

So if a trans tech shows up to a customer prem & the customer states that they’re not comfortable with that situation in their home(kids, religious beliefs, whatever) & demands T send out a different tech, will T respect the customer & accommodate their request or not?
If an older black couple has an install, Tech calls ahead. Customer states that they’re out of town but their 19 year old daughter will be there to provide access but since she’s there alone they don’t want a white male or a maybe not even a male period to be in their house, will T respect the customer & accommodate or not?

The company gave me an hour off the phone just to click next and say I completed it. Not going to lie but I didn't even read it, but I was on my cell phone for a whole hour while the company paid me so it's a win for me

you are guilty until proven innocent while working at the death star. Many moons ago my manager falsely accused me of workplace violence threats. It took over a month of interviews with all the staff at my location who all said she was a looney toon to get my job back. In the meantime, I was on leave without pay as you are guilty until proven innocent at the T. Then, when I was brought back, she was walked out the back door, where I hear that's where she takes it to this day, rightfully so.

You've stated 'there is no COBC'. If you think for one nanosecond that you will not be happily escorted off ATT's property should you violate those policies, you are either foolish or ignorant...perhaps both. There are misguided employees like yourself who are clueless how leadership works in concert with HR and Legal to protect assets.

There is no COBC, if you threaten to counter sue HR will back down. There are dozens of people that were allowed to stay after bad behavior. All you have to do is ask for past complaints that were overlooked.

You poor thing. The suffering you’ve endured. You should report this to COBC immediately.
