Really, pushed out? Not recruited by Sysco to be their CFO? Good one. Lots of talk on this site from people who don't know anything.
You think they would push him out before Q1 earnings and not have someone ready to go? And put the Chief Accounting Officer as interim?

And this has what to do with Layoffs? You think that KG moving to a bigger company is a sign of anything? you are right, Q1 numbers are terrible, more cuts coming. Just left a meeting and the Sales department is next on chopping block. Note that IT positions are plentiful and new leadership is continuing the Opal theme of spending and not delivering. You'll have at least 2 years before going back to the chopping block.
Interim CFO AB will be stumbling around trying to learn finance quickly before the Q1 investor calls. Watch out for that fun.
Only win this year will be the Sebring race.
