I’m long gone now but recall some outstanding times with HBT (then called HBS). There was an outstanding sense of pride to be contributing to a winning team. It was all about being the best and started with leaders like K. Madden who were truly inspirational. I wonder what ever happened to those great leaders that were a force behind our success. I’m long gone now and just can’t believe what I read and hear in the marketplace.

I've worked with them for a dozen years and honestly the only thing they "rule" is poorly written code and not understanding how a toilet flushes.

In a few words:
India happened. Every level got stuffed with friends and family while we kept challenging each other not understanding that unless we did the same we were screwed. We are screwed
Leaders like vk rose up and decided cheap labor was more importantvthan quality products. End of story.
