: @1gfw+1lLy1PZJ. Nothing wrong with UOP good company work for just Honeywell making it to political. unistainable goal which some dont pertain towards our jobs. It just not then 101 year old company once was. Sure if others sees this will understand what UOP was.
HBt and SPS -- your job is at risk look now.

There has been a lot of suspicious and hushed movement of management in SPS since the start of the year. Makes me suspect large unpleasant changes for the rest of us in Q2.
One thing is for sure, end of year finiancials are going to be a bloodbath.
From here on Honeywell can only shrink so expect sell offs whilst there is still some IP left with any value. I highly, highly expect some unpleasant announcements in Q3 ;) that will kick start a huge year of change in Honeywell in 2024 (contraction).
Honeywell sells UOP wishful thinking.
Sales will not get refreshed. SPS sales was destroyed under John’s management. Now he’s been empowered to destroy the mothership commercial excellence team and all of sales. Within a few months, he pushed out all of the qualified employees for replacements who play to his ego. Repeat pattern of SPS. There is a reckoning coming not a refreshing. I thought I would retire there but found a better job with better pay and am so glad I did.
Maybe sales and commercial will get refreshed so the LOBs don’t have to keep selling for them.
SPS will be closing the NJ64 design center.
don't worry. another 25 point rate hike will fix that.
I heard earlier the IGS closed a Maryland manufacturing facility. I think there is definitely more to come on the IGS side of things.
