Unless you are applying for entry pay IHX or one of the hundred business mobility positions of death, you won’t be considered for any of the decent positions because they are handed to friends of higher ups. You can be over qualified, and they will not interview you. Can’t wait to find something outside of this worthless company.

I’m my experience, employees are looking for a manager that isn’t a toxic micromanager and uses some common sense . It usually works out better for all involved.
In my experience at T, many managers are looking for direct reports that make the manager look good. A manager is answerable for his/her direct reports so they're going to be looking for a low-maintenance report.
They're not looking for people who can't get logged onto a computer in the morning, or otherwise need their hands held during the day. I had a reputation of showing up, and not making my manager look bad. That's all I needed.
Yup we still exist and make the company money.. however I do like this title to an article I was reading.
Laid-off workers are calling out their former employers on social media–and the death of non-disparagement clauses could make it the norm
Does IHX still exist? I thought the company had removed this sales "channel" of complete door to door fraud. Maybe not. Stankey is still the CEO some kind of way, many things are possible I guess.
Please don't leave. Stay, because the company wants your bad attitude.

The grass really is greener on the other side. The sooner you leave AT&T the happier you'll be. I know I am.
Waah!
It completely went down hill when SBC bought ATT, turned it back in to a multi-layered, over bureaucratic behemoth that is managed like it's still a monopoly. Upper management can't lose that monopoly mentality which will ultimately be the demise of T unless it gets itself back on track.
IHX Sucks!!!!
Just leave, this is no place you want to be.
