@kzh you're deluding yourself by thinking that. 90% of stocks are owned by 10% of the population. Congress (good luck) and unions are our only tools to fight back.

Would you prefer the janitors layoff the executives?
If people would quit investing in mutual funds and ETFs, we could take back the proxy voting by purchasing the stocks directly. We could end this outrageous overpayment of executives. We could get better boards that are more concerned with shareholders and not the executives.
wont' break my heart to see middle mgmt get displaced....way too many mgrs. now --IMO
