Not alone

Does anyone else find this site helping them cope with the toxic culture of Honeywell? This is a layoff rumor site but it’s turned into a form of validation or support group for Honeywell employees. None of the other sites for competitors are as active as this one.

Some people have left and tell us tales of life after Honeywell and spread hope. Some people affirm and validate those still stuck in the toxic culture he-l.

Wtf happened to the Honeywell that set market standards? What happened?????? How did the great Honeywell become this sad toxic sweatshop ???

I'm holding out for the RIF. I'm not letting these fu--------rs get off easy - I'm getting my money. Until then, I have silent quit and man does it feel good. The satisfaction knowing that I'm 100% done with this sh1tshow and I'm just waiting for that inevitable new CEO RIF that coming is like a warm blanket on a cold day.

I went the wrong way which turned out to be the right way.
Being so angry and fed up I just gave up with the pretense and said it how it was, no matter who was present, all the time.
It was sport that kept me sane and hugely p1ssed of the managers and directors because I was always right. They were desperate for their minions not to clock on that it was all a giant sh1tshow and I thoroughly ruined that :) :) My last months were spent shredding everyone's incompetence in meetings and just laughing my ar$e off, man it was funny.
Obviously I ended up on the RIF list and escaped my prison, god it feels good to get out of that sh1thole knowing it I will never be that bad again. Good luck to the rest of you, no paycheck is worth working there, get your self respect back and leave

Yes leave the company like you leave an abusive marriage. Quietly make a plan and then leave, staying safe.

Just leave and find a better place. Honeywell is a sh-t company with horrible culture.
