Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

32 hour work week

Come on Wells (pokes with a stick), show us how progressive you are and be a leader for this.
Imagine how many greenhouse gasses we can avoid using. Does that matter any more?

@tew, if you want to get away from the corporation quitting has always been an option. In Workday, there is that handy dandy resign button. Push it 💪

@xnp So I'd be giving back the last two years of raises for 20% less time chained to a corporation.

Where do I sign?

You can go to 32 hours, however your pay will drop. So, be careful what you ask for.

Won’t happen in Banking. We’re bound by pre-World War2 bank laws.

…and even if Banking does move to a shorter work week the Bank would clawback our salaries/benefits/PTO because we’d be working less (in their opinion).

Yes, when will leadership address how arbitrary RTO conflicts with the supposed green initiatives. Or has WF ditched green initiatives?

Lol, we are more likely to have a minority as head of the bank rather than cut hours.
Nice try!
