There is no easy road to resolve unhappiness in the workplace, it requires very a honest effort to find a path that works. Nonetheless unhappiness, adversity, stress, etc are all subjective. The way you are feeling right now is not actually the way it really is.
We are interpreting things subjectively based on our chemical makeup, our personal health and social lives. At the very least, give yourself the best possible chance to manage your unhappiness being more intuitive/objective about yourself.
I, for example, know that poor nutrition and lack of exercise makes it more difficult to handle what life throws at you. It acts as an interesting bearing account, slowly builds up and compounds over time before you end up a zombie and unable to see a path forward.
The time to fight is now, take greater care of yourselves. Make one healthy choice today, whatever that may be. Less screen time, better diet, walk more, experience life outside of work (live music, socialize, etc). Find a way, smile along the way.
WF's paycheck to you is important, but you can have it while also taking some control back too.
From one unhappy team member to another, hugs.
