When it comes to MY money/investment/retirement, I want human beings having a discussion and interactions with me. A canned "bot" interaction infuriates me every time!
I have yet to use anything AI that has worked yet. I have never used a AI Chat that hasn’t had to direct me to a human. I have never had a call where I didn’t go around in circle trying to identify the correct department for my question. I have yet worked with any application that didn’t need a human to make a final review. AI might kick out “juicy” as a keyword but doesn’t know the different between a stock tip and sandwich.
Wow this is Charlie’s dream. Have ChatGPT replace all the WFA advisors, hire someone in NYC from JPM to oversee all the tech people in Bangalore and India to make sure the AI is running smoothly and pay them $5M a year. Lay off another 20,000

And SVB today at the open Q1 town hall was talking about ChatGPT, indicating how risky it is and WF has no plans to use it. Has anybody else heard that today?
