walking out does not produce revenue for hiring or keeping people hired. Walkouts have their minds in their rear ends. Rally after hours.
This is exactly why I will never join a union. I like my colleagues, however I am here for myself. I would not expect that of my coworkers. In fact, I would think they’re foolish.

Organizing is much easier in homogenous populations. This is why it is successful there. Starbucks admitted that the stores least likely of organizing are those with the highest diversity.
This is also why our country is being flooded with non Americans. Easier to control.
