Just heard the call from ARSM’s from NY/NJ. It’s a 1 if the customer doesn’t get everything. Lol

I’m confused are we sales reps or sales consultants because my understanding they are 2 different roles and methods.
Consultants are supposed to give customers what’s best for THEM not what’s best for the company/store/manager/reps pocket.
If you show the benefit and how it would be useful for the customer and they don’t want it, you TRY and overcome it. If they still don’t want it, you did your job.
People need to start recording their sales have use it as proof you did your job and managers are lying about it.
This cr-p started with “we don’t give 3’s ever”
Listen, just give the customer their phone and wave goodbye. Then, open the account back up and add extra plus, next up and protection. With any luck, your DOS will highlight you on the weekly huddle and you’ll be promoted before the coaching reports come in showing the customer called in to have all that removed and get big bill credits. Then they’ll close your store and work for a dealer and start slamming features all over again. Cycle of life.
Hey watch what yer sayin about us NY/NJ managers. We is jest as smart as other T managers. They, Stankey and Santone, done went and told us to minimize severance as much as possible. That's what we're a doin.
They are trying to avoid paying severance by terminating people with d-mb coaching’s.
If you're let go for cause why would you get severance? Cause implies wrongdoing of some kind on the employee part, severance is a hey you're pretty good but we've got to let you go here's some money to make up for it.
It’s copy and paste coaching. You think these managers actually know how to do their jobs? Most of them are HS dropouts
Management reserves the right to manage the business as they see fit. Part of the master plan.
That is wrong on so many levels. Can they really do that and get away with it?
