SST is not looking good and I fear that there will be mass layoffs in that department.

Some of us who know how to get things done are simply quiet quitting till we get a RIF package. Job market looks good and couple offers in the pipeline, but I want HON to at least give me a few weeks package for all the BS, yelling and abuse I have had to endure over the years. Feel sorry for the those who are passionately trying to get things, come just take the paycheck, get another job and join the RIF party!!
Should have said more layoffs. All the top talents left or were laid off. People left know nothing. It’s such a pain to work in that unit. One that was as others mentioned so poorly created. It’s pathetic.
The worst are the managers and directors.
SST needs to layoff the managers/directors, they are ALL hopeless. Might stand a chance then.
Correction: Honeywell is a mess.

Thanks for the explanation. I don't think SPS is the only unit that will be hit. Some high level meetings going on in Aero so it wouldn't be a stretch that something is happening.
SST is the latest farce in SPS, it is an incredibly poorly managed merger between HGAS and AST likely in preparation for a divestiture.
Either way both HGAS and AST were going to the dogs even before this, all the talent has gone or was pushed out and like every Honeywell business just flogging tired, old junk.
Honestly you would not believe the clowns left here now......no worries...... I am out very soon so I just sit back and marvel at the daily id--t show. Where do Honeywell find some of these guys..... off the streets??
Its a mess through out all Honeywell SBGs to much worry about gender everyone should be?? Getting way to political left or right no one is winning. I miss America the way it was?
