Don’t let them bait you with a tiny severance to go away. Take the Customer Care job that will be offered under the contract guarantee, don’t let them try to sell you on a job with Prime Communications either. This week and next are going to be tough.

i would take WFH and just use do that till you can find something else
No guarantee of a WFH Customer Care job anymore. They only have a offer you a lateral position with the company and it can be 200 miles away from where you live.

Prime is a garbage company. Don't work for them. I don't know how they've lasted this long.
Heard market consolidation will follow store turnover. No need for 17 market offices. Real Estate is already collapsing leases to shared spaces.

The work from home jobs will only be there until the end of contract..they will not , under any circumstances be long term. Take them if you will, but be sure to update your resume and be proactive instead of ignoring the most obvious direction the company is taking.
