I'll be honest I don't mind showing up to work (hybrid or WFH) and doing what I need to do, but the work is so u bearable in tech and all the app and project governance just ki-ls any productivity.
I'm now miserable and hate the process so much.
Sad that they aren't doing layoffs...this is going to be torture... interviews are far in a few but I'll quit if I need to.
