L and D Messed Up

Where I work the L and D “leaders”at HQ messed up our operations training so badly that Operations had to take operations training back from HQ. Now the training is almost as good as it was prior to 2023.
This is just one example of how Malformation has been a total flop.

Oh look, the DEI HR leader can’t do his own work…I can’t say I’m surprised.

Imagine being a man in HR…what life choices led to that?

@ay Yep. And the "consultant" who facilitates for the mid-level leader program is also a buddy of tractor man. Why can't the L&D facilitators design and facilitate the program???

@ay EVP of HR is the most incompetent clown in the history of HR or clowns or executive leadership. And all of the ELT just use consultant to do all their work. They’re clueless on getting things done

While they have an army of people, they still outsource development of training materials to contractors. Much like the EVP of HR who has BCG doing all of his ELT and Board-visible work. Joke

@OP They completely messed it up. Biggest failure and waste of money. Someone explain the ROI of the Traveling Team? From what I hear, the L&D site advisors have anywhere from 4-6 hours or more, of training once that team leaves. The standardization of this group is a textbook case of failure. Their department is how big? And we still don’t have any kind of learning events for all employees. Wait….month of learning is coming up. One month to make up for a year of nothing.
