I am confused about our layoff approach - after all, do we have Monthly, Quarterly or Annual layoffs?

OP seems very confused.
Every time when you have earnings, in order to show that you're doing something to improve operating income, you schedule layoffs so that the stock does not take hit.
How many boots could a bootlicker lick, if a bootlicker could lick boots?
