Today's official answer was that it's still 60+% of time worked in office, not 4-5 days or full "in office" expectation. Is that meaningful? Nope. Tomorrow is another day and the decision could change with no notice. It will be rationalized by simply stating that "our strategic direction has changed" and "deal with it or find somewhere else to work". Gunjan is about as trustworthy as a snake in the grass.

There’s no way she pointed out us having so many remote employees and the need to make a presence in hub offices unless she’s foreshadowing something. My prediction is that nearly all remote employees will be forced the work out of a hub. The only employees that will be given an exception that those that have a ADA accommodation. G.K. does not want to face a class action lawsuit when it comes to the ADA.
