I improved my morale by putting in a transfer . To get away from a supervisor who was no good to get away from him . A few weeks later we both met at the same time at the grocery store check out ................. I went in first and didn't even say hello or look back when I left .

They layoffs will continue until morals improves.
1) Cancel the new HQ and take that money and use it to pay severance to the ~40k employees that need to be laid off to get to a competitive head count.
2) For those that remain, offer Virtual status to anyone who wants it and location bonuses to those who choose in-office or do not have the option of being remote.
3) Focus on debt reduction and fiber builds.
4) Watch the stock go to $50 per share within 24 months.
