You should consider the Finance Team in Basking Ridge as another area for future headcount reductions. There are too many employees with titles that make no sense. A few managers and lots of analysts are only needed to get the work done.

I was myself amazed after attending few meetings the past few years with a few DMTS and PMTS from "network" and I as junior band 7 engineer thought to myself, wow these are the core guys who build everything then I soon realized that they don't build anything, the only they do is filling paper work for vendors like Nakia to build the actual system. why these guys are DMTS or PMTS if they don't develop anything?
After that pure digital customer experience people with no tech knowledge or willingness to learn
After that focus on capacity management. They are useless
