Deputy CISO in deposition because the CISO isn’t trusted or competent enough to handle lawyers. Laughable. It would be great to get his paycheck for how little Chief duties he performs.

@OP the reason why the CISO isn't giving testimony is due to the fact that the lawyers don't believe he would be a credible witness or isn't articulate or not poised to take on questioning & hits under questioning. Basically the lawyers don't trust him & this will get back to HR during this process.
