State Farm is full of politicians.
@n2 well, thank somebody in India for that .
Your IT staff with 20 years experience was outsourced to HCL
It is probably on efficiency and so focused on actually making tough calls to performance manage the dead weight that nobody has been willing to deal with it. Lots of entitled farmers kids that have a warped sense of their value.
Let’s not mention the fact our systems running slow or not loading at all and after reaching out to IT and them going into task manager and clicking things that somehow make our computers run faster after they change whatever settings in task manager.
First the fascinate fools; then, they muzzle the intelligent. Ask yourself: Are you intelligent or are you one of their fools?
@OP absolutely true. And if the fired person cries the bonus doubles and if they cry and mess their pants it is triple!!!
@OP was that Sesame Street you heard it on brahahaha
Random people on the street would probably have better information than what we see on here.🙄
@OP I doubt that it is that explicit. But it has been known for decades that layoffs pad profits and are timed for quarterly or yearly reporting. Normally I would expect it for a publicly traded company with stockholders but lately there is not much of a difference between State Farm and those organizations.
@OP What street was that?
