It is highly unlikely that Centene tracks this platform, as it lacks the real-world significance or sophistication to warrant their attention.
Anyone can vote here, and some people use fake replies or upvote themselves just to feel important.
Centene is not watching this basic site, and these fake votes do not mean anything in the real world.
Let us just respect each other's opinions instead of fighting over internet points.
At the end of the day, this isn't an official metric that impacts real life. Why even make a post about it?!

It was mildly amusing to see if others liked/disliked the occasional off the chain reply, but overall the "voting" was meaningless and often ignored.

I would like it better if it wasn't being zerod out, but not enough to worry about it. The faster no one cares, the faster it will go back to normal.

They are definitely monitoring this site, and they also figured out that by creating a new private browsing window each time that they can vote endlessly to change numbers in their favor. They are literally matching every vote so it zeros out on every post. They can’t handle the truth. Surprising the administrator for this site hasn’t been able to stop it.
People are literally on edge, and all some can think about is why a free public forum isn't letting them vote. I get it—you hope Centene is watching and taking in the thousands of opinions, questions, and perspectives daily. The reality is, Centene isn't watching this site and doesn't care what we think; they are moving forward with their agenda, business as usual.
The real question to ask yourself is this: If you were never offered the Voluntary Separation Program (VSP) or if there were never any layoffs, would you feel so negatively about the company? Would you be planning to resign in the next 30-60 days if the offer was never made?
This site is no different than social media—full of trolls, rage baiters, and heightened emotions. The people at the top make millions of dollars; they are no more worried about what we think than the next anonymous stranger on this site is worried about you. Sure, it's nice to have a community to express yourself and ask questions, but just know: Centene is not watching.
