Can you all see your mid-year check in rating in Workday? I am on medical leave and I don't see anything when I log in from home. (The most recent item under "Performance Reviews and Check-ins" is my 2025 year end review.)

@wg did it get finalized in the system? should reach out if it isnt yet
@ne nope mine didn't. Only found out because I logged in a seen it.
Just reach out to your manager, I’m sure they will provide you with the rating before it’s finalized
@OP If you don't see it your Manager has not "published" it.
To the previous posters who declare with absoluteness that you can't see it until you ACKNOWLEDGE the review, please, please, please, please never get fired, involuntarily displaced or leave of your own accord. Simpletons like you make it exponentially easier for those of us with even the most minimal of effort applied to attention to detail to thrive here.
Stay Gold Pony Boy!
@ce this hasn't been a thing since Workday was implemented
I don't think they're due until July 31, so maybe it's just not done yet
@ch we have Workday access from home or via the mobile app when on leave…
Medical leave? How do you have access?
@a1 nope, no need to acknowledge and hasn't been for several years. Where have you been working?
@c9 Yeah, this is absolutely how it works. As someone who has been conducting performance reviews for years.
@a1 that’s not how it works. there has been no acknowledgment of the reviews for about five years now.
It is under Profile>Performance>Performance Reviews
You should see a check-in with a Meets/Not Meets
Every employee has to acknowledge receipt of their mid year or EOY review before it can be published. Since you were not there to acknowledge it (does not mean that you agree with the rating necessarily), no review could be completed. I imagine they'll review it with you when you return
