@e6 This is exactly the population the healthcare system is supposed to protect. Many aren’t tech savvy, don’t use email regularly, and may not recognize that a $0 plan suddenly has a premium.

Simply checking the compliance box that a notice was mailed isn’t enough. If people are losing their prescription dr-g coverage because they didn’t understand what changed, it’s fair to ask whether that’s really living up to the standards we claim to have as an industry.

Those are exactly the members we’re supposed to be transforming the experience for.

Sounds to me like people were notified in mail, email, text etc. about the premium increase. Can’t blame WellCare for that can you ?

But Medicare should allow these folks to enroll in a new plan if they were canceled. That is criminal.
