I heard Kanata is going to see layoffs. Has anyone else heard anything?

European works council due shortly. Pattern so far has been thru 25>26 that if ES attends, then yes layoffs in europe.
Honeywell aerospace Clearwater Florida. So you said they started layoffs, are they laying off both production and office people?
I’m curious because what they do in Florida. In Minneapolis, we send a lot of our parts to you. If you’re slowing down and we are building parts like never before. This would eventually affect us.
My fellow workers. They didn’t believe me when I said we were stockpiling. Looks like the end is coming. Either their stockpiling for our contract or they’re gonna consolidate us. I want to know if the rumors in Florida are true. They’re gonna sell your building and relocate you.
Wherever you go if this is true. I expect Minneapolis to follow.

Here’s my guess. The Minneapolis location. They won’t have any layoffs until they renegotiate our contract. There’s another possibility. They will just let the contract run out. Then consolidate us into another division.
Seriously. I’ll see the big changes. My guess is early 2027.by the end of this year. We all have to see what Elliot management next move is.
why you even ask this question. you are doomed to be laid off. did you read everything on this board?
I doubt it will happen right away. If history is any indicator I am guessing it would be closer to year end before the 401k cutoff and well before the MIP date.
