I’m slaving away working my four carts. Trying to get it all put out fast so me CPH will be high and I won’t go over me time….IMPOSSIBLE!!!

Then I see this ONE cart that three Walmart people are working on… they each pick up one case at a time walk down the aisle where it goes they come back and they chat, giggle take a few minutes. Take a few more minutes. They’re having a good ole time.
I’m thinking WHAT!!.. In my brain. Guess I took a moment too (Giggle)

Sales reps can take severance, order writers are going to have to wait a month longer to get theirs? Watching other companies fully staffed and incompetent doing a case at a time is enraging...its as bad as getting blocked in by Pepsi or coke pallets or mondelez pallets put on store trucks and trying to merchandise that stuff in 98 degree temps...
I went in to Dollar General, the
ame thing was happening. The employee had a 6 wheeler parked at the end of the aisle. He would pick up 1 item, walk it all the way down the aisle, then slowly walk all the way back up the aisle for the next item.
Here, were slugging cases as fast as we can, and still cannot come close to the guidelines. Even if you can accomplish the tight timeframe here and there, the break neck speed is unsustainable. Don't get hurt either...
Yep, the expectations here are unreasonable.
When this dumpster fire goes warehouse, thats exactly what will be happening too.
