Thread regarding CDW layoffs

Did HR(CWS) provide a template for LI #OpentoWork

I've seen ten posts today and they all ended the same way with even the same emojis used a bullet points. Odd they all have the exact same format.

Example below.

About me & what I’m looking for:
💼 I’m looking for Account Representative, Account Manager, Account Executive, Account Specialist, and Key Account Manager roles.
🌎 I’m open to roles in Glenview, Chicago and the surrounding area.
⭐ I’ve previously worked at CDW as an Account Manager and as an AWS Business Development Manager

I initially wrote out a longer post expressing my appreciation for my coworkers and time at CDW, then went into a kind of analytical rant about AI in the industry as a whole, among other things. While I thought it out beforehand and took time in my thoughts I ended up deleting it after two minutes.

I went back to the drawing board and almost posted a “open to work” post and the things you are mentioning that seem very templated, are templated. They are pre-written almost when the text box populates. Like once you click into putting “Open to Work” it puts that templated sh-t you’re seeing out there before you write anything.

Thank you @a1+1kwfx394z

I hope it helps those that use it. I like that this round no one is waiting to post and getting out there hour one/day one.

I believe those emojis are included in a LinkedIn template that the site prompts users to post if they turn on the public facing “open to work” setting.
