Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

The snail continues

We integrating to become more efficient and reduce cost. Don’t matter if you like the decision but tomorrow Xerox supposed to move to Lex CRM platform (a date already slipped) and the date moved again. Jeez. Sales Strategy and Sales Operations (a dangerous d-mb and d-mber) didn’t get the memo from LP about speed I guess. All just want to get on but not helped by delay.

@bq because all of the id--ts on the integration team should be let go. No accountability for anything.

What synergies? Lex hasn't laid anyone off. There are still way too many C levels floating around from Lex.

@OP The Lex systems and solutions aren't up to the task. The HW is fine and Xerox needed it, but trying to use their backend and their solutions isn't going to work.

@bq it doesn’t. Genius.

How? If the synergies / efficiencies of the planned integration aren't as achievable as planned / hoped, the recovery doesn't happen and more need to lose their jobs. Pretty simple stuff.
