Consuming. Takes about an hour to place the call but it does work. Paper trail that leads back to the real problem and will help you get in employment when your gone

That's how the cowards do it, in groups. They call you an uber to get home. I was waiting to get fired, was hoping it was coming, so I had already been looking for a something. I called one of the companies I was interviewing with and told them I was ready to make a move....got a new job on my way home. Before I got worth dropped off I had the uber driver take me around for about an hour....we got some beer and picked up some of my friends. I was talking to my new employer in the back of the uber, it was so funny! After I "settled" I sent my DM a thank you as a follow up....least I could do since I only had to work PT now. FAT PIGS....you will be so much better off. Just make sure you don't give them an out, they talk a big game but are a bunch of pu--y cats who can't punch their way out of a wet paper bag, that's why they have to bring all those people along. Same thing with me, had a few managers that came to support my DM cause they were so worthless.
I love my new job and am so appreciated, something that I can't say about my time at Mondelez. Had a boss who was a drunk and never left his home. His wife dumped his sorry a-s, pathetic human.
I'll let you know how this turns out I called back to hotline to check status they said mondelez got the complaint just haven't responded. I just doing in for paper trail purposes. I got called to warehouse for my end of year review with two rms and my dm maybe my last day. 🙃

I did use it everyday 🤣, it was my speed dial! Ladies from costa Rico who are paid by Mondelez so don’t expect results, but absolutely call and set up a paper trail! You will thank yourself and your attorney will love you! Managers think they can get away with whatever they want and they do cause nobody challenges them! Unethical and immoral is the name of their game! They pushed out a rep on our team cause they complained about getting a new territory during a realignment where there was over $40k worth of expired product and the DM had been emailed month prior from the merchandisers to make them aware. Somehow they thought it wasn’t their problem and the new rep should absorb 🤣🤣🤣. Well not that one, they pushed back and had a target on their back from there on! Rumors were they settled…..we should all learn to be like them! That was just the tip of the iceberg. Had they not pushed back, guess what….they would have had to absorb. Absurd BS! That’s the stupidity of management!
